Sipping a Sancerre with a bowl of parmigian shavings (grana padano in this instance) on my terrace watching the sun set to the west.
There is nothing more civilized then a late afternoon drink before dinner to contemplate another day gone by.
Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.....
