A little bit concerning that Trump hasn’t tweeted all day.
Noticed that too.
Also, what Meadows said in my post above: "The President does have mild symptoms..."

It would seem the stock market is the best crystal ball we have at the moment.

I would think he would try to let everyone know it’s business as usual.
I wonder if there is anything he could Tweet that would help him in any way.
Maybe he could thank Mr. Biden for the kind words.

I wonder if North Korea media are suggesting Trump is gravely I’ll or passed.
So far the stock market doesn’t seem to be pricing in a big concern,

Stock market hasn't reacted much to this at all. The index are higher today than they were at the beginning of the week.
I don't think Trump was planning on doing anything that'd move the market before the election.
Any election uncertainty is already built in.

The market was down 300 at the open and nearly 400 in pre market so there was obviously big concern that was mitigated. Plus we heard again national security risk.

I prefer to take the high road and for once believe Biden wasn't lying...

Or maybe the word "prayer" has these days a very unspecific meaning in US-English, similar to "How are you?" is not meant as a question about how the other is doing.
Can you really imagine Biden sitting there with hands folded and murmuring to God about how he wants Trump to be healthy? I lack the imagination.

Let's jump on the conspiracy bandwagon. I know how much those of you on the Right just love a good conspiracy theory.
Many believe this is all just a ploy to gain sympathy votes for his sinking ship. Since every other word out of his mouth is a lie, I wouldn't put it past him to concoct this whole scheme, claiming he and his wife have the virus when they really don't. So watch what happens in the next couple weeks. If this theory is true, the scenario I predict is that he won't have serious symptoms at all, will claim to be taking hydroxycloriquine again, and emerge healthy as a bug in no time. This will give him more sway to the cult regarding the seriousness of covid. It's his last ditch chance to save his reelection, which has virtually no chance at this point, even when he calls fraud after the results.
Personally, I have no opinion on whether this is true or not, but again, I wouldn't put it past him. He is the most amoral man one could ever encounter. Shame on you who still back him because you believe he will increase your stock portfolio and keep those Mexican killers from your doorstep. Gullible, the cult is.Stay classy, dude.

That was good to see. Though he isn't out of the woods yet, right? (I know the resident COVID scientists will know more than me)
I misread the Biden tweet as the wrong one (he tested negative today - and there was a diff tweet on that).
Does anyone know if he's actually out of the woods? Or when he will be out of the woods (e.g., a negative test a few days from now?)
-
Should have symptoms, somewhere within 5-6 days. At the point you first develop symptoms, somewhere around 3/4 of the tests are positive. There are some cases where the incubation period is longer...
With most of these tests, there are few false positives, but there are a good many false negatives.

Jesus loves you.
Which is good, because you're working very hard to lose what friends you have left...

Trump’s physician, Dr. Sean Conley, said in a memo shared by White House officials that the president “as a precautionary measure” has “received a single 8 gram dose of Regeneron’s polyclonal antibody cocktail.”
“He completed the infusion without incident,” Conley wrote.
Regeneron’s experimental drug cocktail has yet to be approved for wider use. Results shared by the pharma giant just this week showed that some non-hospitalized Covid-19 patients who took the two-antibody treatment saw reduced viral levels and improved symptoms.
Regeneron confirmed in a statement to CNBC that it provided the dose to the president in response to a “compassionate use” request from Trump’s doctors. That term refers to a way patients can access experimental drugs outside of clinical trials.
Trump has also been taking zinc, vitamin D, melatonin, a daily aspirin and the histamine-blocker famotidine, Conley said in the memo.
“As of this afternoon the President remains fatigued but in good spirits. He’s being evaluated by a team of experts, and together we’ll be making recommendations to the President and First Lady in regards to next best steps,” the physician said.
Conley’s memo added that first lady Melania Trump, who also tested positive for Covid-19, “remains well with only a mild cough and headache.”
