      With the closing of the Smithfield plant (and others) I would buy meat, if you don't have a local source.

        That's in South Dakota.

        The Smithfield plant here in Smithfield is just fine (I hope).

          I think the Smithfield plant is the fifth or sixth big processing plant to close. I don't know where the tipping point is, but closings can have a ripple effect.
