Stick a fork in Brees. This is definitely his last year.
He needs Thomas. Badly.

He’s had a long career. My FIL thought the Bengals should have drafted him out of Purdue.

The Hill fumble was a back-breaker. The defense got torched on the same play at least four times. Brees was adequate, but not Brees of even last year. No home crowd means an opponent scores at least one more touchdown per game.
For such a promising bunch, it's gonna be a long year.

Hey, we got the tie yesterday. It isn’t much but it beats an L.

What I don’t get is that he completely missed Sanders. Sanders has been consistently one of the best possession receivers over the past 6 years and was sitting wide open last night but Brees wouldn’t send him the rock,

Was it Brees who . . . somebody made a video of him (?) doing something amazing with two footballs. Can't remember what, but I think they both went through the goalposts simultaneously. Was that Brees? I was gobsmacked.

You have to understand how Breed throws. Everything is timing. He throws to spots, not people.
The timing is not there.
