Pot Roast

I'm gonna make a pot roast on Sunday.

It's Fall, I can do that, right?

I have a couple of strips of bacon I cooked for BLTs a few days ago.

Crumbled bacon into the pot roast? Why not?

Sure. The bacon will be fine, but I'd probably doi it about halfway through.

@LuFins-Dad , a chuck roast.

@Mik , it's gonna be an instant pot. Cook for 50 minutes or so, then add veggies for about 20 minutes. Maybe I'll put it in with the veggies.
