Not sure of the details but it isn’t obviously a religious freedom case to me. Seems to me MLb can limit expression of its players during games just like I think NFL could prevent kapernick from taking a knee.

Let's not conflate legal rights and social rights. The woke intentionally deprive people of their social right to say out loud something they believe.

I think you need to consider that if you get rid of all this stuff there's a real danger that Rob Schneider could make another movie. And I don't think anybody wants that.
