Christian aid agencies like Samaritan's Purse don't ask if their patients are sinners. They know they are, like unto themselves. Catholic healthcare also does not discriminate. I'm not aware of any Christian mission that does.
However, if the ungrateful whiners continue to push they may create their own monster.
