Isn't Harry American now? He certainly acts like he is. I see him as being more of a German, but I'm happy to insult other countries too.
Funnily enough, and tying into the other thread both me and another British ex-pat refer to people back in the old country as 'those English wankers'. I'm in danger of becoming stateless.
