It's unfortunate that the entire vibe of the video is like some kind of a bad Anonymous recruitment clip.
Anyway, I think the most telling is the backgrounds of each of the people involved.

Remember, the video is a product of Lin Wood, the defense attorney. It will put his client in the best light.
Having said that, I don't see where a felony charge for even manslaughter can stick.

Unless we have totally dived into the pit so deep we can't crawl out, once the authorities start killing people in the streets, everybody stares into the abyss and gives a collective "Whoa", rethinking the entire situation.
