    Yep. Got one of those.

I assume he’s embarrassed to show his legs. Either because he doesn’t work them out much and they look silly with the rest of his jacked frame, or maybe he has some tattoo or scars he doesn’t want the world to know about.

Of course that’s just my speculation.

Then why not wear long sweats?

That’s really what I meant. Not about wearing shorts, but there are plenty of nice looking workout pants for men that would be way more flexible and comfortable than jeans. None of the people at the gym I go to work out in jeans.

If wearing jeans was the weirdest thing about him I’d be happier

          I was only joking

I don’t get it, Jon? He’s not quite fully extending and locking his knees, but you aren’t supposed to. That’s horrible for your knees. I’ve been yelled at many times for doing so. He could have it set up a little closer, to have to push more from his thighs, but an inch or two at max.

Well more than that I’d say. Even Grok’s description of the video is this:

                • The post shows HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., aged 72, executing partial-range leg presses with an estimated 800+ pounds on a machine in Austin, dressed in jeans and boots, emphasizing his lifelong dedication to physical fitness amid a demanding public role.

The whole reason we call them illegal aliens is because they’re subject to our laws.

Oh, it’s performative as hell. But he didn’t seem to be struggling with the partial presses, he was in jeans and boots, and given that, I have no doubt that he would have no problem in proper workout gear doing the full press and at that weight.

The guy at my gym was doing 1200+. But they were not particularly short movement. It was impressive considering I only do 375.

I did not realize he is 72. I think he is in quite good shape for that age.

He absolutely is. Not without some targeted pharmacological interventions, but still.
