The new board of peace

Sir Tony Blair, former U.K. prime minister
In light of Trump’s derisive remarks disparaging the combat role of Nato troops played in Afghanistan, it would behoove Sir Tony to resign immediately from Trump’s dubious and self styled Peace entity. I seem to recall that British and Canadian troops were charged with securing and holding the two most active combat zones in the conflict, Helmand province and Kandahar.
An immediate summons to No. 10 for Mr. Blair would be appropriate and in order.

He's actually managed to get Keir Starmer to say something unequivocal. Not an easy task.

@Renauda I thought he disqualified himself over a decade ago. What I think doesn't count.
"Small potatoes" in whatever balance of forces that keeps this man in power.

That too was unacceptable to most thinking people at the time. Sadly I do however recall some word salad spin from his supporters.

Without question and those forces would spin it to mean something other than what the words and body language communicate.

I asked Chat GPT to create a logo of a board of peace, headed by the US, but mainly having lesser developed non-democratic countries with autocrat leaders.

Apparently Sir Keir had a phone conversation with Kaiser Donald. In return Trump backed up a bit with some hollow sounding praise of British troops in Afghanistan and Iraq. Thoroughly disingenuous, but the best we’ll get as a an apology. Hopefully, Sir Keir pointed out that HRH Charles III, was not amused and that his official visit to the USA scheduled for April might have to be postponed or cancelled altogether.
The UK prime minister spoke to Trump on Saturday, after which the US president used his Truth Social platform to praise UK troops as being "among the greatest of all warriors".

Seems Trump(CF) is pretty serious about maintaining peace in the middle East, having sent an armada there.
He warned Iran, yet they killed at least 3000 protesters and have many thousands more imprisoned.
What violence will the Head of BoP do with his naval forces?
