        Great news, but this part is problematic:

        declaring parents have a constitutional right to know and teachers have a constitutional right to share the truth.

        No, teachers should have a moral and legal obligation to share this information, not just have a legal dodge for not hiding it.

            I saw that too, but doubt the judge actually sad that in the ruling. Sounds almost like an AI slip up.
