        That’s not a bad interim result if they lower your taxes. As long as it recovers before you sell.

        I’m still wondering whether there will be a ‘Mamdani effect’ on housing prices here.

        The whole reason we call them illegal aliens is because they’re subject to our laws.

          At least my mortgage, which I thought was super high at the time, is still lower than I could refinance for today.
