      The fraud seems to be aided and abetted by liberals in the Biden administration. They were in charge of these programs when costs ballooned. And nobody noticed. Hopefully DOGE eliminated these people from the federal payroll.

        I cannot imagine designing such a system without simple trend checking. Unless, of course….
