Sorry, but my sleep cycle follows the sun. I think it does for most of us. Wake ~ sunrise , sleep ~ (sunset + x hours). It’s far simpler to attune our 24 hour day to sunrise than to try to attune our waking/sleeping cycle to different times…

I love it going back an hour. Not so keen on the spring forward, but as somebody who has been forced to become an early morning person the current arrangement suits me very well.

      I was only joking

This picture is relevant to my interests.

It is the mother of all nothingburgers.

Actually that gives it too much importance. It’s an unpaid extra on the nothingburger set.

If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

DST makes little sense when you live in a northern latitude. Especially in the winter months. It was nice to see the sunrise here this morning at 7 am rather than 8 am.

Trying to find the article, but there was a lady who lived in a cave (intentionally for research) for 14(?) months without any access to clocks. If I remember, her sleep/awake cycle ended up being something like 30 some hours. Sleep for 14 hours. Awake for 20.
