            We’ll see. The rule that was struck down never went into effect according to the comments. It was enjoined more or less right when it was supposed to go into effect.

            If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

              It’s still the exact same overarching principle. The executive order to change the interpretation of the law was beyond the scope of Executive authority in administering the law.
