@George-K
Yes. Every day is campaign day from now to the election. There are no days off, not even for lower level races. Some candidates will say they take Sundays off, but their actions speak louder. They are still out and about at events on Sundays that wink and nod to the campaign activity. -

Strange this close to the election, but then again, he has done very little campaigning and he is leading in the polls. I think his strategy to do so little to minimize the chance of a mistake.
Let the other guys make the mistakes and you dont. Kind of a "defensive" campaign.

Yes. Exactly the opposite of Trump. It will be interesting when/if he really has to get out there.

@taiwan_girl has it right:
Avoid stepping on your dick, and you'll be OK.
For a while.
He needs to be more aggressive.
OTOH, the other side of this is that the true believers will vote for Biden, or Trump, and the actions or non-actions will not change their opinions. The question is whether the tactics affect the (ever smaller) undecided vote. If I were undecided, I might take note of why one candidate is all over the place, and the other isn't.
OTOH again, Biden is spending a lot more in advertising in swing states than OrangeMan, so there's that to consider. If you only see one guy on TV, is he really absent?

Jimmy Carter tried the stay-at-home campaign.
He lost an election that he wasn't supposed to lose.

Hillary was ahead it the polls also. By more than the polls say Biden is now. I saw a Biden support in PA being I interviews- she said she had a Biden sign in her yard, but except for her sign it was Trump signs as far as the eye could see....
I wonder... could it be that Trump voters are telling pollsters they're voting for Bide....... nah... couldn't be....
BWAHAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAA

I have a feeling they are going to be victim to the sae thing they were in 2016 - hubris. they think they can run simply on anti-Trump sentiment.

Well, thank God Mr. Trump is never guilty of that particular sin.

He's not in this case. The man is working hard at being reelected. The same cannot be said for Biden.

I suspect Trump loves campaigning at least partly because it allows him to go on about how freaking awesome he is. He's had rallies for his entire presidency.
I'm not defending Biden, he's a piss-poor candidate. But let's not pretend that Trump is a modest man working humbly away to get elected by an electorate he respects and wishes to serve.

You know... actually he does respect the people and want to serve us. Thats a big error all Trump bashers make about the man. And it's not like it's hard to tell.

You projected that. It's not what I said at all. I said he's working hard to get re-elected. while Joe sits in his basement.

My point was about hubris. There's certainly no shortage.

No one said there wasn't. My comment referred to the Democrats assuming they are going to win, four years after making the same mistake.

I suspect this time around it's because somebody has said 'let's let Trump shoot himself in the foot, whilst simultaneously stepping on his dick', and assumed they'd win based on not being the last person to say/Tweet something stoopid.
I also think it's a mistake, as it happens.
