Calling Klaus or any other admin - Password Help

I've been using a password keeper for awhile but recently have started removing stuff from it to change over to a new method. Being the forgetful person that I am, I need to keep things somewhere and I changed this one a few months back but apparently when I changed it, I didn't track it after I removed it (I probably thought I was changing it something I'd remember lol
) . I have my old standby laptop, that stays logged in so I can get online here but I was trying to log in from a new laptop and realized I didn't have the password. No problem, I'll just change it again but when I hit the forget password link here and put in my email I am never getting the password reset email. I checked over here and confirmed both the email I see on my profile and the one that I have on the last password change confirmation are cshinn60@gmail.com but that is not working. I checked spam folder too so I'm hoping that either Klaus or someone can help in getting a password reset email sent. Nothing like a reminder of how bad your memory really is.... Thank you to anyone that can help
