The NYSE says they have reached 1.2 Trillion order messages per day:

    https://fortune.com/2025/10/15/ai-trading-flooding-wall-street-nyse-president-lynn-martin-1-2-trillion-messages/

Driven by algorithmic high frequency trading, the NYSE says they cannot adequately surveil all those trading messages with humans anymore, and have to rely on AI.

AI doing most of the trading, with AI looking after AI doing the trading. What can go wrong? 🤷

Given that the base majority of them happen in a 6.5 hour window that’s insane. Like tens of millions per second.

If you don't take it, it can only good happen.

Any word on when TXSE will start up? Supposedly the infrastructure was laid months ago and the rumor was early 2026…
