Uhm, is anyone going to let him know that the cooking oil we are importing from China is almost all UCO or used cooking oil that is used in manufacturing biodiesel fuel and unfortunately some soaps? And the US could not possibly reclaim enough of it’s own cooking oil to meat the industrial demands.
