    I was thinking how unprofessional it was when he announced they had captured “the” subject yesterday, scooping local law enforcement, only to be wrong.

    But that’s kind of baked in when the main qualification of the guy you choose is eating the right ass.

      Utah authorities didn’t catch the kid. His dad (who is a sheriff’s deputy, so if you want to get technical) turned him in.

      How effed up is that? Luke’s 22. If he did something like this, could I turn him in?

          I think I would go for talking him into turning himself in. At this point the capture is fait accompli, so turn yourself in and try to find understanding. Go for life in prison.

            That's a rough thing to consider for a 22 year old. I remember when the Manson women were being tried. They came to court arm in arm happy and singing. Some 50 plus years later - not so much joy.

                On the other hand, I’m old enough that I don’t fight anymore but the idea of life in jail is nowhere near as scary.
