Anybody ever get seats from Vivid Seats?

I’m getting Karla tickets for AC DC for Mother’s Day. Vivid is selling seats for half the price of Seat Geek (the official vendor). It seems odd.

Since when is Seat Geek any more than a reseller?
A lot of venues and tours have given up their own ticketing and contract it out to Seat Geek and others.
