It's amazing he's been able to focus on DOGE this long with all the irons he has in the fire. It's a testament to his ability to structure a company so that he doesn't have to be there full time.

Yeah, the $8 billion savings that was really $8 million or the "8 year olds receiving Social Security" which were really survivor benefits or the "OMG, look at all the non-citizens with Social Security numbers!" which was related to a regulation established during the 1st Trump administration or...but keep swinging - he's gotta hit something...

So his own number landed at about $140B. Let's say the real banked savings is $100B - not bad, it's something. It's not going to save the republic. Way outsized coverage vs. impact.
