      Like you I thought court packing was a bad idea and was unstable game-theoretically. I hold that opinion independently of who controls Congress.

        Also I remember when they had to widen the highway to Amarillo, TX to accommodate all the GOP AGs driving to get their nationwide injunction requests in front of Judge Kaczmarczyk.
