Secondly, Kamara signed a deal this week for a guaranteed $34M.

How did the tradition of playing the national song before sports games start?

In Taiwan, we play the national song before the start of every movie also. Everybody stands up in the theater for it.

In Thailand, they play it twice a day on the loudspeakers at the BTS (train stations). Everybody comes to a stop for the length of the song. You can tell some people are really anxious if they notice a train is coming, and they are stopping for the song. LOL

The two symphony orchestras that I attend(ed) with some regularity played the National Anthem at the opening concert of every season, but not thereafter.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

Some news outlets tried to put a good spin on it, some didn't.

But, it sounds like NFL ratings are down from a year ago any way you look at it.
