Japanese department store from occupation period. When it was built, it was the tallest building in Tainan
Typical street scene. Traffic has gotten so so much better!!! People follow the rules better. Still lots of scooters, but they are serious about everybody wearing a helmet and even the scooter follow the traffic rules. Much much improved from before! LOLI also showed some pics of my home town in the other forum thread.
