I wonder what their bio capabilities are.

Obviously I have no idea but my guess is sleeper cells like the UK just caught ready to do a bunch of simultaneous terror attacks. At least in IS and Europe. Who knows what they can do closer to home.

This maybe sounds too easy, but I think the terror organizations are much better at talking than action.
