Sounds like he was ‘acting’ president if that’s a thing.

Oh, and….

Although Donald Trump had been elected by a majority of the people, prior to his taking the oath of office, he was not qualified to be president.

Nope. A mere plurality of voters.
The whole reason we call them illegal aliens is because they’re subject to our laws.
