He has some unhinged opinions. That one is relatively benign, if crazy. He remains very well connected, and able to hold good conversations with important guests, which I appreciate. His recent interviews with Russ Vaught or Elbridge Colby gave me insight into the inner workings of the Trump admin. Other interviews are less serious, like the guy he brought in to discuss state of the art theories about the first Trump shooting, which I continue to believe was the plan of an unserious lone gunman, accidentally allowed for by a faceplanting secret service.

      Education is extremely important.

I'm not sure it's particularly benign. It's a relatively small step from saying America is targeting Christians to saying some non-Christian group is behind all the wars.

The idea that the Iraq and Vietnam wars targeted Christians is quite bizarre, particularly when he doesn't mention Germany as being considered a Christian country.

        I was only joking

Hanania? Young conservative intellectual who disagrees with most other conservatives about everything, because he has very specific thoughts and theories about everything. He wrote a book about the origins of the woke movement, and he considers it the bible of that topic. I'm sure he resonates with some other conservatives in the world, but I don't know who they are.

@jon-nyc That looks a lot like a slightly more kind rendition of my post above. When I say I don't know who he resonates with, I mean, I don't know who he respects in the conservative movement. Personally I tried to get through Origins of Woke, but got bored before making much headway. I have little opinion of him, other than the impression that he likes taking shots at his preferred side, as I mentioned in both posts.

@taiwan_girl A small percentage of his output is wacky. The majority of his output continues to be high level and interesting interviews.

That is how most people develop their "caricatured" opinion of members of the other tribe. Actually that method of information gathering is ubiquitous.

Or even their ‘own’ tribe. If one wants to consider Rachel Maddie or Keith Oberman my tribe, the only times I’ve ever seen videos of them are hate clips that go viral.
