What will be the effect, using normal budgetary rules (10 year impact on the projected deficit relative to current law) of the reconciliation bill that the GOP finally passes?

    A) it will raise the deficit

    B) It will lower the deficit

    Only non-witches get due process.

Oh, I have zero expectations of lowering the deficit.

Is it too early to have a drink?
