I have said this before, but I always laugh when I see a politician (of which there are many) who wear a US flag on their collar.

Basically a humble brag. Because I wear this pin, I am more (patriotic/devoted/worthy, etc) to the US than you are.

Mr Trumps picture looks like it was pulled from a book cover.

That picture is a troll of his mugshot.

President Donald Trump's mug shot has been hung on a wall just outside the Oval Office, photos show.

The mug shot, taken when he was booked at the Fulton County Jail in Georgia in 2023, can be seen in a hallway in photos taken when Trump met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday.

Helped get him elected, didn't it?

It probably reminded the pro-Russia voters how good he was at surrendering.

Not to be an annoying pedant, but how does one literally enjoy the heck out of something?

I sometimes forget how unexpressive the English are

If you're going to use the adjective 'literally', at least finish the sentence with something you can literally do.

Being an American is no excuse for clumsiness.

Also, if you're going to swear, do it properly. 'Heck' is a word best reserved for Sunday school.
