I agree. However, this might be a step on the way to that platform.

My feeling is that he's got such an annoying personality it won't be long before he reaches the point where he's not going any higher.

I'm sure we've all been in meetings with people like that and dreamt of keying their car on the way home. Well OK, maybe just me.

I looked at his tweet in December as something of a political suicide note. Not that he didn’t have some good points, but “American culture sucks and we Indians are superior” doesn’t strike me as a good platform to win GOP primaries.

I actually once said that in a management meeting after they asked for volunteers for some godawful task, to be greeted with guffaws from my fellow Brit. As somebody else kindly pointed out, I haven't had a good idea in 20 years.
