Restaurants evolving to stay alive

Several prominent high end restaurants here are changing their business model, at least temporarily, to take out/delivery and fix at home meals, selling the concept as a new restaurant, which it is. I hope they will do well and will support them as I can.

We tried one of those recently. Worked very well! A lot of folks re-heat their orders now anyway, so it's not that much of a stretch.
