Tonight's dinner - Air Fryer Pork Chops

Taste?
Mrs. George likes her meat well done. I had another chop, about half the thickness of this one. Getting them coordinated in the air fryer was a bit tricky. I cooked the thick one to 162. Probably didn't let it sit enough, and I would have been happy with a less well-done chop.
Tasty, but a bit on the dry side.

I generally cook pork to 145.
Mrs. George is not all that fond of pork chops. Maybe I'll try that next time.

Same here with Mrs. Kluurs - not a fan of pork chops - though pork tenderloin is sometimes accepted. AND everything should be done to the point of carbon dating. Her mother used to cook turkey until one literally (Yes, I MEAN that) choked on it.
