Website Shows How Much Google’s AI Can Glean From Your Photos

Basic message is this: online/cloud-based photo storage/sharing sites may expose a lot about you, AI makes this easier -- so if you want to use one at all, choose one that encrypts everything with you being the only one to hold the encryption key.

I imagine this applies to all documents stored online, not just photos.

iCloud photos are encrypted when being up/downloaded. Once in iCloud storage they are also encrypted. The only way they could be accessed is if I share them with someone who then uploads to Google or another service.
