So what has that got to to do with bilateral trade between Canada and the US? Perhaps he did not get the memo how law enforcement and Customs officials on both sides of the 49th work together in busting criminal rings involved. Besides Canada is hardly a threat in this regard.
I am calling bullshit on that as a bilateral issue warranting punitive tarriffs on trade.
