Someone won my auction and never paid nor contacted me in any way.
Four days passed so I canceled the order and relisted for free, no big deal. In fact it went for a lower than expected price so I’m happy to have another shot.
Still, I’d like to ding his rating and put a comment on his profile. But I don’t see a way to do that in the app.

There really is no way to do it in the app. The only way I have found to deal with such an issue is to let the listing go on for a while after the no payment. eBay will then automatically send you a notice of a non-paying bidder, and all fees will be refunded to you. Once that happens, you can relist it.

Yeah I did that. They made that part really easy.
But I should be able to put that on his rating.
