It’s $2.65 for a 12oz, $2.95 for a 20oz, and $3.25 for a 24oz.
(Which doesn’t make a lot of pricing sense. You go up 8oz for 30 cents, then the next 4oz is 30 cents.)

Venti is Italian for 20.
One time I ordered a grande coffee and the woman replied ‘Venti?’ I said ‘No, sedici’. Nobody laughed but me.
I know where I got confused… Their frozen Venti is 24oz…

SO bougie.
When the cashier asked for my name for the order, I told her “Spartacus”. When the barista brought the order up and hollered “Spartacus!” I stepped up and said “I am Spartacus” then another older guy stepped forward and said “I am Spartacus”… Then another guy, and another… Those poor androgynous twentysomethings were so confused.

Tell me that's a true story. Please.

It’s actually from a video that went viral a decade ago or so.
George- find the video and post that.
But I’m pretty sure that they just copied an internet story / meme that was around earlier than that. Like I said, I did it once as a joke that went nowhere, and it would have likely been before 2013, and I remember being inspired to try it from something on the forum.
