Kind of a fun statistic, but I wonder how much effect there is when the lawyers actually present in court to the Supreme Court judges.
I know someone who works in the Thai Supreme court for one of the judges and basically writes the majority of the opinion (with the judge doing some editing, etc.). I know not exactly the same as the US Supreme Court, but I kind of doubt the arguements in front of the judges changes the mind of anyone very often.
