Seriously, though? In my single days there was a period of time after a bad break up when I wanted to hang out with my friends but didn’t want to chasing girls with them, so I would go out to the bars and have a few drinks with them, but would bring a book. When they would start chasing the girls, I’d have a pint and read. It was astounding how many women approached me.

Never been the case for me, but at the same time I didn't exactly sell it. The idea was to read, not be seen reading.
