Third time I have fixed it, a hit every time. The fresh tomato sauce this makes (nt truly a sauve because the tomatoes are mostly still together) is killer and could be used for damn near anything - chicken, shrimp, scallops, even canned tuna in oil.

      Looks great, but...

      1. Too much work
      2. Where's the beef meat?

I make something very similar, based on my uncle's. It's an awesome go-to.

        Please love yourself.

          Bacon works great.

It's really very easy. The only real work is cutting up the tomatoes, about three minutes as I make a half recipe. I have a garlic press that one side of it slices the cloves in 1/16" slices. Bought it up in Ann Arbor and have treasured it now for 10 years. Don't think they sell them any more. The actual press part is miserable but I have a great one of those.

Actually they still sell them at Bed Bath And Beyond.

Oh, and I get the 4 oz burratas. You don't really have to add the fresh oregano and I am using a tube basil tonight as my herb garden all died from some sort of blight. I think I have the wrong pot, not enough drainage.
