By the way, Gaetz’s resignation was from the 118th Congress. He was elected to the 119th?
Think he’ll be enough of an a-hole pursue this?

I think he's afraid of that ethics report coming out. But we'll see.

True. However, if he doesn’t try to see himself in the 119th, Congress, it is really a moot point isn’t it?
On the other hand, I could see him being appointed to a non-confirmation dependent position.
