Yeah - I'm glad we were spared from the sequel to the last tantrum.

Laughing at liberal tears is pretty funny considering the unimaginable levels of complete bollocks we had to sit through 4 short years ago.

Thanks for this whataboutism. Unlike many others here, I don't consider whataboutisms to be a logical fallacy or inherently weak arguments, so that's well played.
It's easier to laugh at the tears, when I know it's pure neurotic shadow-boxing, and that their lives will be just fine under four more years of Trump.

I guess a couple posters here, at the time, bought into the election theft narrative. I don't recall anybody having any sort of existential crisis about it.

Very sincere. Which means he sincerely buys into anti-Trump narratives, and those narratives make him feel feelings. Sincerely.

After the show, the guy has to go home and live with his fancy Hollywood friends.
He doesn't have a lot of options.

But, his old Man Show colleague Adam Carolla continues to make the media rounds as a conservative-adjacent celebrity comedian. There are actually choices, and I trust that Mr Kimmel has a certain psychology that tends towards sanctimony. Sincere, sobby, sanctimony. He's shown that side of himself plenty, and I'm sure he has gotten lots of positive reinforcement for it. His producers absolutely love it when he gets sobby.

Literal liberal tears.
Those girls, jumping on trampolines and black face comedy sketches are a distant memory.
Terrible night for immigrants and women? My wife and I had a tomahawk steak, it was awesome.
