So didja vote?

If so when?
I voted this morning at 7:30. It was busy, but then morning always is.
Split ticket. D for national, R for most local but not all.

I voted 10 days ago when the line was short. Things got worse after that. Some folks have reported 4+ hour wait times to vote. That's a long freaking time. In the Chicago area, we're having rain and gusty winds up to 40 mph on the schedule - which may impact how devoted people are to voting.

Voted this morning at around 0700. We only have three things on the ballot, the Presidential race, a congressional race and an amendment to the state constitution.
Showed my ID, signed my name and voted. Took less than two minutes.

What was the amendment?
And why did you guys have to trade Lattimore to DC? We play them this week.

We have a strange constitution, because of the Napoleonic Code. Lots of specific amendments. This one dealt with any Federal money for carbon capture credits and coastal restoration.
As for Latt, he's always had hammie issues, but he's still a very good player. Big contract, though.
The Saints are finally in rebuild mode. I'm sure Cameron Jordan retires after this year. Shame the guy never got a ring. Wouldn't surprise me to see Davis retire, too.
With Ram's injury (I doubt he comes back), the Saints are packing a ton of dead money into next year.

I generally don’t ask because it really doesn’t matter… @jon-nyc @Jolly and I will still be friends on January 21st, but in your case I am honestly interested in one question. Did you go 3rd party or non vote?

If it didn't matter, more of us would have admitted who we voted for.
I can't remember if this is normal, how so many people here have been cagey about who they voted for.

Harris is 7 points behind Biden in Loudoun County with 95% reporting and looks like turnout will be 5% less than 2020.

"3rd party" I suppose is a way of putting it.
But only for the presidential race. I went with Larry for Governor.
School board was non-partisan (so they say).
Pretty much voted to keep the judges we have.

I kind of expected that. I’m shocked that even in MD that the crook won the senate seat.
