      Nice.

The drummer looks like he's having SO much fun.

      Slash - wow.

Brian - notice he didn't hit any really high notes (except toward the end)? His voice is probably shot. As a commentator said, "He's sining within his natural range."

Steven - didn't sing at all. His voice is definitely shot.

"Now look here, you Baltic gas passer... " - Mik, 6/14/08

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.

        Another fun song!!!

(Here is my one Chicago "blues" story. (Quite) a few years ago, a girlfriend of mine got married. (Got married at a city hall and I was the witness. But that is not really important.)

For the wedding party, we met in Chinatown for dinner and then her husband (a white guy) suggested everybody go down to a blues bar on the south side of Chicago. (I think Checkerboard lounge or some other blues lounge). We said sure, but my girlfriend and I wanted to do some shopping in Chinatown first. So, everybody else went down there and we would follow.

We had no idea the area/neighborhood where it was (found out it was in a pretty bad neighborhood). Anyway, we found a taxi driver who jokingly told us that he was the only white, native Chicagoan taxi driver in the city. After hearing our destination, he kept confirming with us if that was where we really wanted to go. But, he eventually took us and told us to be careful.

When leaving at the end of the night (it was pretty late), there were no taxi available. Finally, some guy pulled up in this really, really old almost broken down car. Basically a wild chicken (black market) taxi. We agreed on a price for our destination and he did take us. But what I remember is that when coming to red stop light, he would stop the car about 25 feet behind the stop line (even with no other cars) and the car would shake shake.

It all ended well, and is a funny memory of that night.

@taiwan_girl I’ve 2 memories of my interview at The Children’s Hospital of Alabama .. @jolly The Unit Director asked me if I were an Auburn fan (It was a trick question). Second, he said, [real slow like] .. “You’ll be working nights .. Don’t stop at the lights downtown”. He was dead serious. I never did.
