The really ridiculous part is the town of Chimney Rock has nothing to do with the Lithium deposit, which is primarily located in State and National Parklands.

Various agencies have done some dumb things, like forbidding shelter dwellers from showering unless they have flip flops. I suppose you could share flip flops but that would rather defeat the purpose.
