      There may be some truth to that.

      Kind of reminds me of that claim a while back that crime was down because abortion rates were high in the early 19990's and 18 years later.................

        It's not that abortion was higher, but it became legal - lowering the crime rate because fewer unwanted children were born into poverty, etc.
