                It was good I was there

                They found two polyps. According to the doc, the likelihood of them developing into cancer with the next 10-20 would have been 50%>

                  Preventing colon cancer is all about doing stuff early. You did the right thing.

                  Now, you get to ride the black snake a little more often, until you're an old geezer.

                  But that beats the alternative.

                    Most recent guidelines are to skip colonoscopy if you’re >75 years.

                    Unless you have a history of polyps or other risk factors. . Then continue.

                        One of the surgeons I worked with was deathly afraid of getting colon cancer. He was about 40 years old when he had his first colonoscopy.

                        Yup he perfed.
