Short version: Victims who claimed to have been abused by Catholic priests brought their allegations to a California District Attorney. Said DA refused meetings, didn't answer calls.
And then, she started getting campaign contributions from board members of the Catholic Archdiocese.

Good point. Now, if we could only get 51 current and former members of the intelligence community to let us know that this has all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation. Maybe Tony Blinken can round 'em up.

But, is it true? All this stuff should be easily discoverable. The campaign contributions are a matter of public record, and he interviewed alleged victims.

If only there were decent conservative journalists out there with the time to look into this.

Is it believable that the Roman Catholic Church would bribe a government official to suppress investigations into sexual abuse scandals involving the Church?
