Three things of note:

1. This is a list of long-time registered voters - literally 20 years plus - who have yet to comply with a later regulation requiring proof of citizenship to vote in state and local elections.

2. The presidential ballot was always going to be open to this group, this ruling just gives them local ballot access too.

3. Republicans outnumber Democrats on this list by 33%.
